The said jacket is not available in the stores because they were not able to get the necessary papers. However, production started and they're trying to sell the manufactured jackets.

According to RA8491 (the flag law) Section 34:
It is prohibited to:
"e) To wear the flag in whole or in part as a costume or uniform;
[....]
g) To print, paint or attach representation of the flag on handkerchiefs, napkins, cushions, and other articles of merchandise; "

that's the reason why they could not release it in the market. they can't get the necessary paperworks. production already started so they have to dispose of the manufactured jackets. i see a couple of people in the school wearing the jacket though. they sell it in eastwoodfor 4.6k. my friend's selling it chep! haha
